OVERVIEW:

Yippee Kai Eh! is located on the island's Bioluminescent Bay in Cayman Kai merely a few steps from the Rum Point Club.

This sprawling villa consists of the main villa, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus an included 1 bedroom and 1 bath guest cottage. Renting both the villa and cottage gives guests two superb king suites to choose from, plus 2 additional guest bedrooms.

With a large, freshwater swimming pool, barefoot sandy beach, and spacious interiors, Great Escape is a fantastic property for your island getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements

(Sleeps 10 guests total, 8 adults max)

• Primary Suite: waterfront views, king bed, sofa seating, television, walk-out access to the screened porch, ensuite with dual vanity, and large shower with dual shower heads.

• Bedroom #1: waterfront views, king bed, television, walk-out access to the screened porch, shares a hall bath equipped with a shower bath.

• Bedroom #2: garden views, queen bed, television, shares a hall bath equipped with a shower bath.

• Cottage Suite: detached from the main villa with private entry, kitchenette, water and pool deck views, king bed, sofa daybed (sleeps 2 children), television, walk-out access to a private screened porch with ping pong table and sofa loungers, ensuite with shower bath.

Yippee Kai Eh! interiors are updated and modern, with cool tile floors and lively decor. Plenty of windows and sliding glass doors open onto the pool deck and fill the home with natural light and gorgeous views.

On the occasional lazy day, guests can relax across the large screened porch with comfortable seating, or play a friendly game of ping pong without losing the breeze or water views.

A family kitchen sits just off of the screened porch and comes equipped with granite countertops, an island breakfast bar with stool seating, and a full range of modern appliances. Cookware, dishware, cutlery, and coffeemaker are all provided.

Boasting one of the largest residential swimming pools in Cayman Kai, Yippee Kai Eh! outdoor amenities are top-notch. The pool features a built-in tabletop with submerged bar seating.  Optional pool heat is available at $35 per day.

The pool deck overlooks the tranquil cove and is lined with chaise lounges, shade umbrellas, and a plush daybed with a canopy. You can explore the cove with the provided paddleboard(1).

Guests can enjoy al fresco dining poolside and under the stars! An outdoor kitchen comes equipped with a gas BBQ grill and a dining table seating 8.

With its own private dock, guests can dock boat rentals and jet skis right in the backyard. If hiring a private boat charter to Stingray City request dock-side service and get picked up right off your backyard!

With its spacious interiors and stellar outdoor amenities, Yippee Kai Eh! is the perfect vacation villa for large family vacations or multiple couples on a tropical getaway.
