This condo is beautifully furnished and completely equipped. A full length screened porch and a open tiled patio let the outdoors merge with the living space.  A lovely white sand beach with expansive shallow ocean areas for the young or novice swimmers to enjoy is complemented by deeper, impressive coral areas and the barrier reef all teeming with marine life.

The Rum Point Beach Club and Dock located next door offer easy access to North Wall dive trips and Sting Ray City snorkel trips. A full range of water toys are available to rent and open air casual dining/bar and an elegant restaurant are part of the facility.

With the Retreat's unique topography, you can enjoy the sunrise with your coffee or the sunset with your wine, with many opportunities for adventure or relaxation in between.

Great condo just steps from the beach

 We loved the fact that the unit is on the first floor and it's literally few steps away from the beach.  The huge screened in lanai is great for meals or just relaxing "outside" in the shade.  The Rum Point Club is next door for activities that Red Sail offers or just relax with drinks.  The unit is great.  Everything is new.  Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom are great.  AC work great too.  It's decorated very nicely too, very bright and happy.  Really no complaints at all.  The condo is well built as we could not hear anyone else!  In general, Rum Point is very quiet unlike Seven Mile beach area.  If you want a relaxing vacation with some terrific snorkeling, you can't beat unit 27. The restaurant next door is great too, so you don't have to drive if you want a nice dinner out.
