The Pools of The Kai are built on more than 500 feet of white sandy beach. Twelve houses in three clusters of four, each opens to the waters of The Caribbean Sea. Lush tropical landscaping makes the grounds garden-like. The pool is the enjoyment center of the house. One of the nice features is that they are all heated. Around it you will have morning coffee, noon lunch & evening fun. In it you will exercise, rejuvenate & rejoice. From it you will enjoy the sun of the day, the moon & stars of the night & the lights of George Town across the waters of The North Sound. Because of it your romantic interludes can be more pleasurable. It makes your house here original, unprecedented & unlike any house anywhere else. Central air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, CD and Internet and to use the Pool Heater there is a charge of US25 per day. NON SMOKING

Great condo just steps from the beach

 We loved the fact that the unit is on the first floor and it's literally few steps away from the beach.  The huge screened in lanai is great for meals or just relaxing "outside" in the shade.  The Rum Point Club is next door for activities that Red Sail offers or just relax with drinks.  The unit is great.  Everything is new.  Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom are great.  AC work great too.  It's decorated very nicely too, very bright and happy.  Really no complaints at all.  The condo is well built as we could not hear anyone else!  In general, Rum Point is very quiet unlike Seven Mile beach area.  If you want a relaxing vacation with some terrific snorkeling, you can't beat this unit . The restaurant next door is great too, so you don't have to drive if you want a nice dinner out.
