OVERVIEW
A beautifully furnished two story single family home nestled in a tropical garden on a peaceful beach with few footprints. Enter the first story through a screened lanai with stunning views for al fresco dining and relaxing. The first floor includes the living room with ocean views, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and laundry room.
The second story features a luxurious master suite with private screened porch and king bed overlooking the Caribbean sea. Panoramic views of beach and turquoise water start your day and the stars and lights across the North Sound lull you to sleep. To complete your experience, this master suite is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, a tiled shower and chairs for lounging. Another second story guest bedroom includes a screened porch with sunrise views over the water, queen bed and full bath. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
Downstairs walls of sliding glass windows open to welcome gentle breezes and to entice you outside for cocktails at sunset. The adjoining fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare a simple snack or complete meal while still enjoying all the pleasures of paradise.
The Gardens of the Kai are an intimate group of privately owned houses directly on the beach, with gorgeous sunset views, and a fresh water pool set in a tropical garden.
It is located a short walk from the Kaibo Yacht Club providing you with a beach meal or drink or an adventure in fine dining. A short drive or bike ride away is Rum Point for further sea adventures and dining options. The water is protected by a reef to provide swimming and gentle lapping waves on the beach, which is exclusive to condo owners/guests. No need to reserve a beach chair here. Just pick out your favorite palm and relax while listening to bird songs and gentle breezes.
The Gardens of the Kai is set amidst beautiful luxurious beachfront estates. This single family house offers you the seclusion for a romantic get away and the amenities for enjoying the beach and sun. Come enjoy the peace and relaxation of the quiet side of the island, away from the bustle of the cruise ship port and busy city of Georgetown. Here you can sit under a palm, relax, read a novel, soak up the sun, snorkel, dine nearby on the beach or a fine restaurant. Or, you can choose to drive to town for a drink on Seven Mile beach or a dinner at a 5 star restaurant.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once “booked” (paid 50% of Rental Charge), should guest cancel (by written email or fax) prior to paying the full rental amount (or prior to 60 days from occupancy), 25% of the rental charge will be returned by US$ draft as soon as possible. Should NCRM LTD. be able to replace the reservation, the balance of the initial deposit will be returned less any re-booking costs and/or credit card fees incurred. Should NCRM LTD. not be able to replace the reservation, the remaining 25% is forfeited.
Once full payment has been made (or the 60 day mark has passed and the guest has not paid the balance), should guest cancel, every effort will be made to replace the reservation. Should the reservation be replaced, the guest will receive 100% of money paid less re-booking fee.

We loved the fact that the unit is on the first floor and it's literally few steps away from the beach. The huge screened in lanai is great for meals or just relaxing "outside" in the shade. The Rum Point Club is next door for activities that Red Sail offers or just relax with drinks. The unit is great. Everything is new. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom are great. AC work great too. It's decorated very nicely too, very bright and happy. Really no complaints at all. The condo is well built as we could not hear anyone else! In general, Rum Point is very quiet unlike Seven Mile beach area. If you want a relaxing vacation with some terrific snorkeling, you can't beat unit 27. The restaurant next door is great too, so you don't have to drive if you want a nice dinner out.
