CANCELLATION POLICIES

Once “booked” (paid 50% of Rental Charge), should guest cancel (by written email or fax) prior to paying the full rental amount (or prior  to 60 days from occupancy), 25% of the rental charge will be returned by US$ draft as soon as possible. Should NCRM LTD. be able to replace the  reservation, the balance of the initial deposit will be returned less any re-booking costs and/or credit card fees incurred. Should NCRM LTD. not be able to replace the reservation, the remaining 25% is forfeited.

 Once full payment has been made (or the 60 day mark has passed and the guest has not paid the balance), should guest cancel, every effort will be made to replace the reservation. Should the reservation be replaced, the guest will receive 100% of money paid less re-booking  fee.

We came from Colorado, where we have the joy of leading a Christian non-profit that provides hospitality for more than 15,000 “pillow nights” nights a year for missionaries and persecuted Christians a year.  After 16 years of doing so, the board of directors decided to financial underwrite a trip for us to be on the receiving end the “hospitality” for our weary souls.

Having seen pictures on VRBO, reading about the area, and talking with the friendly ladies at North Coast Management, we decided to book your place.

Little did we know:

* How idyllic the setting is for peace and quiet

* How the place would be tailor made for our family with all the things we love: problem solving puzzles, a very well thought thru efficient kitchen, the dinning room overlooking the picture perfect beach, sunsets perfectly located, kayaks to use, comfy beds and bedding, coffee filters (which we forgot to get at the store…).  It’s exactly like we would create if we had a vacation home.
