 Kaibo Condo C22 is a beautiful condo located in the heart of the Cayman Kai community, a world-renowned vacation destination in Grand Cayman.

This boutique-style ground floor unit was built in 2005 in the newest phase of Kaibo Yacht Club i.e. Phase II and is situated on the white pristine beaches of the Cayman Kai/Rum Point area of the Cayman Islands.

Enjoy the privacy of the ground floor with fantastic views of the beautiful Caribbean sea and easy access right at your doorsteps. Romantica has all of the modern conveniences for your pleasure and enjoyment including wireless internet access, large flat screen televisions in every room, Westar satellite, DVD player, land line, fully stocked kitchen.

From the moment you open the door, Kaibo Condo C22 provides a relaxing, zen like feeling of a home away from home. A modern yet cozy interior, with luxurious Italian furniture, a large open concept principle room, a gourmet fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops for your favorite meals, grand screened lanai for any size dinner party. Two bedrooms each with king sized beds can easily accommodate up to four people.

Just steps from your door, the well maintained infinity saline water pool and hot tub is yours to enjoy day and nigh. Sun-bathe in the many hammocks or lounge chairs, take a walk alone the kid friendly beach shore and dine at the Kaibo Bar and Restaurant next door with tropical music to liven the mood.

Guests of Kaibo Condo C22 also have private access to a storage unit that holds 2 bicycles, an umbrella for protection from the sun and various snorkel gear, all for their exclusive use.

See for yourself what a great experience is like. Take a nature walk through botanical gardens or bring bicycles along on the journey. Dive or snorkel in the crystal clear Caribben waters and surround yourself by stingrays and tropical fish. CANCELLATION POLICIES

Once “booked” (paid 50% of Rental Charge), should guest cancel (by written email or fax) prior to paying the full rental amount (or prior  to 60 days from occupancy), 25% of the rental charge will be returned by US$ draft as soon as possible. Should NCRM LTD. be able to replace the  reservation, the balance of the initial deposit will be returned less any re-booking costs and/or credit card fees incurred. Should NCRM LTD. not be able to replace the reservation, the remaining 25% is forfeited.

 Once full payment has been made (or the 60 day mark has passed and the guest has not paid the balance), should guest cancel, every effort will be made to replace the reservation. Should the reservation be replaced, the guest will receive 100% of money paid less re-booking  fee.

From the minute we arrived, our experience at “Romantically” was everything we had hoped it would be. A beautiful, well equipped condo in a perfect setting made our vacation very special. The owner was especially welcoming and provided us with kayaks, bikes and snorkeling equipment for our use. We hated to leave and hope to return again one day.

This condo was nice & spacious. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of home. The condo needs some updating but worked fine for us. We were able to walk out the screen porch to the beach and the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of being steps from the sand & pool. We ate lunch at the Kaibo beach grill as it was also a close walk, the food & service was good. The area was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We felt very safe in this condo. Our only complaint was the location made it far from most restaurants, diving and other sites.

Owner went out of the way to ensure this condo is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The ocean is a few steps from screened patio. Because the pool and jacuzzi is a few steps to the right you are ensured privacy with drapes opened as you enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Condo equipped with bikes, kayaks and life vests. Short kayak or bike ride to Starfish Bay. We did both! Few steps to Kaibo for lunch or dinner. Or simply enjoy a local drink while watching the sun set, Coffee bar on premises to enjoy a cappuccino or latte as well. Be sure to visit Cayman Crystal Caves. A must! Lots of magazines, books, televisions in every room. And of course, free wifi provided by owner to keep up with social media. We had a blast and will return if we.can get this unit C22!
