OVERVIEW

Champagne Sunrise is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront home located on the North Coast of Grand Cayman. This property has breathtaking unobstructed views of the Caribbean sea. This vacation home offers an excellent snorkeling spot where you will find amazing vibrant sea life at the coral reef, which is a short snorkel swim from shore. The beach offers long walks in either direction with plenty of white sand beach. Only a short distance from the Rum Point Club and Rail Sail Sports where you will find all water sports/activities. Just think no planes roaring overhead, sirens, train whistles or traffic, just the sea calling. Sliding glass door open to the pool from living area and master suite and just a few short steps to the beach and ocean

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Once “booked” (paid 50% of Rental Charge), should guest cancel (by written email or fax) prior to paying the full rental amount (or prior  to 60 days from occupancy), 25% of the rental charge will be returned by US$ draft as soon as possible. Should NCRM LTD. be able to replace the  reservation, the balance of the initial deposit will be returned less any re-booking costs and/or credit card fees incurred. Should NCRM LTD. not be able to replace the reservation, the remaining 25% is forfeited.

 Once full payment has been made (or the 60 day mark has passed and the guest has not paid the balance), should guest cancel, every effort will be made to replace the reservation. Should the reservation be replaced, the guest will receive 100% of money paid less re-booking  fee.

Thank you for the return of the security deposit. Just want to let you know we LOVED Champagne Sunrise! It was perfect for our family. The snorkeling was superb off of the beach and the lay out of the home worked perfectly. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and was fantastic. We didn't use the pool too much, as we are more beach people. The pool however, was a great bonus and is well maintained.

If we do come back to Cayman, we would definitely like to stay at Champagne Sunrise again. No doubt in my mind!
