The Pools of The Kai are built on more than 1000 feet of white sandy beach. Twelve houses in three clusters of four, each opens to the waters of The Caribbean Sea. Lush tropical landscaping make the grounds garden-like.

The pool is the enjoyment center of the house. Around it you will have morning coffee, noon lunch & evening fun. In it you will exercise, rejuvenate & rejoice. From it you will enjoy the sun of the day, the moon & stars of the night & the lights of George Town across the waters of The North Sound. Because of it your romantic interludes can be more pleasurable. It makes your house here original, unprecedented & unlike any house anywhere else.
