Reservation & Cancellation Policy |
Check in time : Anytime after 3:00 P.M. . Door unlocked, keys will be on the counter / Key-rack. If you arrive early, please just drop off bags and let maids finish cleaning.
Check out time : 10 AM (maids/pool service must be able to clean properly). Our maid may arrive slightly earlier to begin laundry. If you can start a load of towels or bed linens, will be greatly appreciated. |

Please report any damages/loss items within 24 hours. Non reported damage will be debited to your credited card held on file.

Strict maximum of 6 persons are allowed (by law) to occupy the main residence on an overnight basis. Exceeding this limit risks eviction with no refund.

No pets are allowed.

Swimming Pool is patently dangerous. Please supervise your children/non swimming guests. The owner will not be responsible for any accident/injury involving the Pool.

Please do not smoke inside the Villa/unit. The porches are used by our friends who smoke.

No Outdoor fires are allowed. The Caymans are very strict on this.

Water is precious on this island. Please use it as you NEED it but do not waste it.

Please take a moment put the beach chairs back in an orderly fashion above the tide line at the end of the day and AVOID TAKING THEM TO THE SEA.

Please make sure to lock doors and close windows when leaving the house.

This island (like all islands) has ants/bugs looking for food especially sweets. We spray monthly and try to keep bug spray under the sink but prevention works better.

Please put nothing (inorganic) in the toilet other than tissue paper, as the house uses a septic tank. The same goes for the kitchen sink/disposal. Please try to use the disposal sparingly. Throw food scraps in garbage can, thanks.

We designed our home to take advantage of the Caribbean Breezes by the placement of the doors and windows and assistance of variable speed ceiling fans.

CANCELLATION: We need at least 30 days notice in writing for refund, deposit less US$100 plus 1 night rent, otherwise the deposit is held on file and can be used for future stay at the same villa within a year. |
HURRICANE : we will refund your deposit less credit card charges. For VISITORS, The National Hurricane Committee initiates arrangements to transport visitors off the Islands. Cayman Airways puts extra outgoing flights and additional airlines are brought in to assist. Evacuation is voluntary and seats on flights are available on a first-come, first served basis. Visitors who are unable to get a flight may be housed in a shelter (North Side Civic Center) to ride out the storm. Some hotels will allow visitors to stay on the property during storm; it depends on the size and direction of the Hurricane |
