| GUEST HOUSE KEY-All guest house units the front door are usually open and ready before the guest arrive. Door key is usually left on the dining table or on the counter top with welcome note that stated your name. In case the welcome note does not specified your name or the door is still close, please call immediately the office and we are ready to serve as fast as we can. |
| DSL INTERNET CONNECTION-Most of the units are all wireless and they are only few units that still used the traditional Ethernet cable. However if your laptop that not has no wireless controller device, we usually left one Ethernet cable for you. Based on our experience some of our guest got a hard time to access our wireless connection due to firewall issues and other thier default connection is different what we have here in Cayman Islands. For the convenient of our guest we setup our wireless connection free of password. In case that your unit wireless connection is secured and asking for the password, you can check that by calling the office. |
| TELEPHONE-All our units are fully equipped with landline phone and some of our units have Vonage,Black Jack, Skype and other IP phone connection in which you can call USA and Canada toll free. However most our local phones are block to call international numbers. |
| CELLPHONE-if you are planning to use your cellphone here in Cayman Islands, please kindly check the two phone companies provide that services. LIME and Digicel. For LIME you can call 811 and ask for customer service or you can visit their site www.time4lime.com and for digicel call-9999999 or visit their site www.digicel.com. Some cellphones from other states does not work the roaming, so before going to Cayman Islands make sure check first your cellphone companies that your roaming with work on the Cayman Islands. |
| DRINKING WATER-Cayman Islands is surrounded by water but water for us is very precious and important. We ask your cooperation and encourage you to conserve water and be eco-friendly.. Tap water supplied by Water Authority using piped distribution, and this system is certified and safe to drink. However if you have sensitive system, you can buy your drinking water or mineral water in any groceries stores closed to your units. |
| TRANSPORTATION-We always suggest to all our guest to rent a car if you really want to explore the North and East side of the islands. Its really enjoyable to taste the our local and continental dishes so pickup a car on any car rental companies located closed to the airport. Most of our properties are located in CaymanKai and its approximately 25 to 26 miles from Owen Airport that close to 35 to 45 minutes drives. Please also remember in Cayman Islands “always drive on the left side of the road.) | AIRCONDITION-when you use the Aircondition, please make sure all the sliding glass door and windows are all closed. When you are not using the aircondition please turn them off. We usually set the Thermostat in this way (FAN-On and Cool-ON). |
| ELECTRICTY-In Cayman Islands electricity is really very expensive. So we ask your cooperation to turn off the lights and ceiling fans if you are not using it.

| TELEVISION-The units are equipped with Cable TV (Weststar) there is also DVD player . TV usually setup to channel 3 to accept signal from the cable company. Please do not change the TV channel, To change the viewing channel use the remote control supplied by West Star |
CLOSING-Finally: Leave the keys to the dining table or countertop, and lock the front door (push in the lock button and pull the door closed – then twist the outside knob to confirm it is locked). Our management company will clean and secure the house after you have departed.
